We rehome well-loved cards. And help shelters.

Pokedopt was started by Ryan and Grace — a St. Louis, Missouri couple whose hearts beat loud for animals. They've thrown themselves into rescue and adoption efforts since they were kids, and today they share their home with two cats, Wolfgang and Starfox. Their hope is simple: to inspire trainers of all ages to look after the real-life Pokémon all around us who need our help.

Today, every card that comes through our doors is graded, slabbed, and given a unique middle and last name — a small ceremony to honor the trainer who loved it before. Each card's backstory is hypothetical, but the care is real. So is the shelter donation.

It comes down to a simple idea: well-loved cards for well-loved animals. 40% of every adoption goes straight to animal shelters — helping feed homeless animals and find them forever homes. This month we're raising funds for the Animal Protective Association of Missouri, a St. Louis shelter running adoptions, a wellness clinic, and pet-food relief for families in need.
